- CDS trades are subject to upfront margin requirements; margins vary on type of trade
- Trades can be structured as funded notes (or credit linked notes) in order to assume upfront margin
- There is a minimum size requirement, although trades can be denominated in 10,000.00 lots
- Trades can only be undertaken by Professional Clients as verified by Traccr
